With a strong background in property development, they have built a substantial and diverse portfolio of over 50 properties through their property development company's, Picture Residential & Carvall Homes.

The team boasts over 20 years in construction and 15 years in property development. They have built various multi-unit profitable development schemes using extensive planning knowledge and experience obtaining planning permissions for new build schemes with a proven track record.
Over the past five years, they have focused on identifying and acquiring below market value properties enhance their own property portfolio. They are driven by a commitment to innovation, quality, and long-term value creation.
